Milney will keep devices updates as and when providers release updates, and as and when Milney approves them. Only Devices supplied by Milney will be included - Only devices running Tasmota or Shelly firmware will be included

Unlimited support

Email based enquiries. No physical call outs included. If hardware requires testing, client is responsible for shipping to and from Milney.

Occasionally Milney will make Free Automations available, the efficacy will depend on the clients available hardware.

Warranty

Premium clients will benefit from 6 months hardware warranty. Only Milney Supplied hardware will be covered. If hardware requires testing, client is responsible for shipping to and from Milney.

Milney Hub

Milney Supplied Hub and customisation required
